The United Business Cooperative, founded by Henry Obispo, has a mission to connect immigrant restaurant owners in the Bronx and Manhattan with supportive services and technical assistance to improve business productivity and market presence, at the same time implementing cost saving measures to enhance the economic development of the UBC target area. UBC has developed two successful initiatives known as Bronx Green Menu and The Bronx Salad in support of local businesses owners.
